For domestic customers, unless otherwise requested, all shipments will be sent by UPS or Federal Express Ground Service. Overnight, second day air or three day select services are available with UPS and Federal Express (please call with preference for price quote).

Returns
Returns may be made within 30 days of the invoice date on unopened and unused items, for store credit. (No Refunds) No returns are accepted on Books or Gold & Composition Leaf. Please send all returns prepaid freight. All returns shipped freight collect, will be refused. Kremer Pigments Inc. will not accept returns on Kremer Pigments Inc. products, which were purchased through other retailers or distributors.
Orders placed before 4 pm EST. can be shipped out UPS same day, unless items in order are not in stock. Orders not in stock will be placed on backorder and sent upon arrival at no additional charge in approximately 10-14 business days if backorder is over $20.00.
Materials designated Hazmat through the Department of Transportation are subject to a hazmat processing fee. If you need the status of your order, shipping cost, tracking number, or any other details of your order please call us or email us so we can help you with any questions regarding your order as soon as possible.

The new rates apply to all UPS ground shipments within the contiguous United States.
* All orders under 10 kilograms (23lbs): $10 shipping - regardless of how much you order.
* excludes Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. Additional restrictions apply; including fees for expedited service.
Orders weighing over 10 kg will be charged a reduced cost based on weight. We will contact you regarding the exact shipping cost.
Lower rates for our customers in NY, NJ, PA and CT!
If your actual shipping cost is more than our flat-rate, your fee will be reduced.
